We offer you amenities typical for a small but nice Relais and Châteaux Hotel, as well as the pleasures of one of the best cuisines in the world. The hotel is a place made for the art of living: the dream of a perfect blend of lifestyle and well-being, culture and exclusive dishes. The hotel with its 32 rooms providing a unique ambiance as well as the restaurant are managed by Heinz Winkler himself. For more than 20 times the restaurant has been awarded 3 Michelin stars. Today it resembles a pilgrimage site for epicureans. In his kitchen the chef and his team of 20 cooks create delicate dishes, which melt in the guests’ mouths.
